John P. brings more than 25 years of experience across high-rise construction, infrastructure delivery, and commercial dispute resolution in the United States. His experience includes sophisticated contract payment disputes, project margin erosion matters, insurance-related claims, theft investigations, and complex commercial conflicts arising from major construction and infrastructure projects.
Principal
John has extensive exposure to arbitration proceedings and dispute resolution involving infrastructure and commercial developments, with expertise spanning renewable energy, airports, residential and commercial properties, national security infrastructure, and oil and gas environments. He is particularly experienced in project-side commercial strategy, distressed project environments, recovery positioning, and navigating high-pressure stakeholder and contractual disputes.
Yung W.
Yung W. is a multi-qualified legal practitioner holding practising qualifications at both the UK Bar and the Malaysian Bar as a barrister, solicitor, and advocate. During his time in practice, he has acted as counsel across several arbitrations, litigations, and complex commercial deals and disputes involving construction, insurance, insolvency, fraud, software project failures, debt recovery, injunctions, judgment enforcement, shareholder disputes, market manipulation matters, and asset recovery efforts.
Vice Principal
His experience includes matters relating to renewable energy, airports, residential and commercial developments, national security infrastructure, and oil and gas projects. Yung’s practice combines legal and strategic advisory functions in high-conflict commercial environments and multi-party disputes requiring coordinated legal-commercial positioning, commercial risk assessment, and dispute strategy.
